A 5-denier microfiber nonwoven, made with fibre sourced from a German supplier. The finer filament count produces a denser, softer web than standard spunlace — the sheet feels closer to fabric than to paper, and it is noticeably more opaque when wet.
That opacity is the practical reason brands pick it. A standard mask sheet goes translucent once soaked, which shows the face underneath and makes a coloured or milky serum look uneven. A microfiber web keeps its surface, so the mask photographs as a product rather than as a wet tissue.
The microfiber is sourced from a German supplier. We can share the fibre specification with you under NDA so your own technical team can review it.
It is a finer, denser construction than the coarse staple webs used for entry-level masks. The difference shows up as opacity, surface smoothness, and a slower, more even wet-out.
Yes, to a Pantone reference or an approved lab dip. Send the reference with your enquiry and we will confirm feasibility before sampling.
